It is indeed great pride & privilege to share in building new standards in Pharmacy Education, through this Institution. Dr. Smt. Pramilatai Tople, Ex-Health Minister, the then Chairperson, Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Akola, Late Shri. Shankarlalji Khandelwal (Kakaji), Late Adv. Shri. Babasaheb Khot, Late Shri. Nanasaheb Ghate & the then beloved Adv. Shri. R. K. Deshpande, President of Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Akola and Shri. Madanlalji Khandelwal, Vice President entrusted me to lead, developed & nourish the Institution to which their highest importance was attached. It was only their determination & dedication that enabled the Institute to progress in desired direction since academic year 1980-1981.
Pharmacist is an important part of “Health Care System” & “Pharmacy Education” is all about creating, devoted & knowledgeable Pharmacists. Since inception faculties of Institution are making consistent ceaseless efforts, in setting desired standards of education. Nevertheless, they are guiding, motivating the students for higher education, so also imbibing their in, basic values like moral, character, discipline, hard work, honesty, workmanship, intensive skills, devotion, loyalty, truthfulness etc., for shaping their personality, entrepreneurship & competency.
Continued intrest & driving force of, Shri. R. K. Deshpande, Advocate, Shri. Madanlalji Khandelwal, Dr. Smt. Taratai Hatwalne, Prof. Rajkumarji Chaware, Shri. Gopalji Khandelwal, Shri. Nanasaheb Kulkarni & all other trustees, in providing excellent facilities for the course, led to consistently high academic records & excellence in the performance of students, in various fields of Pharmacy Profession.
