This Institution is making Consistent, Ceaseless Efforts for setting New Standards in Pharmacy Education. About 80% of Students joining this Course in this Institute are from Moffisil area, where proper Educational Facilities are not available. As a result of which the major portion of input is underdeveloped & without any confidence. At First instance most of them appear to be unfit for Pharmacy Profession. To develop such candidates for Pharmaceutical Marketing or Higher Education is a big task. However, it’s a matter of record that big chunk of pass outs of this Institute are joining Higher Education or a most competitive field of Pharmaceutical Industry, the Marketing & showing excellence. Every Year more than 40% of pass outs are joining Second Year of B.Pharm in prestigious Institutes & completing Bachelors Degree with Good Percentage of Marks. Many of them acquire M.Pharm & Ph.D. Qualification also. Since Inception, Proper Motivation & Professional Guidance is provided to students at every level.
Marketing field is most competitive & result oriented. Our Diploma Pharmacist is well received in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Every year about 25% to 30% of Pass outs are joining Marketing & Developing their Career in Marketing. Many of our Ex-students are working in Managerial Cadre. Many Manufacturers like Cipla, FDC, Apex Laboratories & Leben Laboratories etc. are conducting the Campus Interviews & Good No. of Candidates are selected every year through Campus Interview.
Rest of the Students are starting Druggist Chemist Shops or joining Industries in Production, Stores or in Hospitals as Hospital Pharmacists. However, comparatively less students prefer wholesale or retail sale as a career.

Apart from which, the students are largely motivated for Character & Personality Development. For which they are not foisted with undue Discipline or Principles. However, some Psychological treatments are given by way of frequent counseling to make them most responsible & sincere towards their own developments.
